1. What we provide

SolarQuotes.ca is a Canadian directory and lead-matching service that connects homeowners and businesses with independent solar installers. We are not a solar installer ourselves, and we do not perform installations, warranty work, or financing.

2. Estimates are estimates

System sizing, savings, payback periods, and incentive figures shown in our calculators are educational estimates based on publicly available data (PVGIS, provincial rate sheets, and your inputs). Actual results will vary based on site conditions, equipment, and installer pricing.

3. Quotes and installer relationships

Any contract for solar installation is strictly between you and the installer you choose. SolarQuotes.ca is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for installer performance, warranties, or pricing.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to submit false information, scrape data at scale, interfere with operation, or violate any applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

Site content, design, logos, and calculator logic are owned by SolarQuotes.ca or our licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute material without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolarQuotes.ca will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any installer relationship initiated through it.
